Terence McDonagh is one of the best in the department and is therefore charged with the investigation of a particularly brutal case. There has been a massacre of an African immigrant family, and only the messenger boy Daryl was an eye witness. He is even willing to testify against those responsible, the drug dealer Big Fate.
